About Kieran Lynch

Kieran Lynch is a journalist who has worked as a reporter and editor at outlets including Newsday, amNewYork, the San Francisco Chronicle and the Long Island Herald.

He is currently a content supervisor for Vaco on-site at Google, where he creates and edits content for Google Home and Google Search products in a 24-hour news operation. He directs editorial work for a shift of curators while editing their work, providing feedback and leading workshops.

As a reporter, Kieran has covered professional, college and high school sports in the New York media market. As an editor, he’s worked on newspaper coverage for major sports events and frontpage news.

Kieran earned his master’s degree in magazine, newspaper and online journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 2015. He acquired a bachelor’s degree in journalism from St. John’s University in 2014.
